How we use AI
AI may help draft transfer articles from structured, real-world data (for example, a player’s official FPL price, minutes and history). AI summarises and explains — it does not decide the current FPL state, prices or whether a player is in the game. Those always come from the official FPL API.
Nothing auto-publishes
Every AI-assisted draft runs through an automated quality gate and is then reviewed by a human before it can go live. Drafts are held for review by default.
What we reject
The quality gate rejects a draft if it:
- invents an FPL price without official data;
- claims a player is in FPL when the API doesn’t confirm it;
- uses placeholder or template player/club names;
- has no source link, no FPL verdict, or no internal links;
- duplicates an existing article;
- is a generic transfer summary with no FPL value.
