What OneFPL is

OneFPL is an independent Fantasy Premier League companion. It reads public FPL data and presents analysis, predictions, planning tools and mini-league record keeping. Its core tools are free to use; some features are available under an optional seasonal licence. OneFPL is not the official FPL game and is not affiliated with the Premier League - see our disclaimer.

Paid software licences

Where you pay OneFPL, you are buying a licence to use OneFPL's software for the stated season. You are not buying entry to a competition, eligibility to win anything, or access to any prize.

• Licences are one-time purchases covering a single FPL season. They do not renew automatically and we do not store your card details.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. Your relationship with that provider is governed by their own terms.
• A licence is tied to your OneFPL account. League Pro is licensed per mini-league.

Refunds and cancellation

If a paid feature does not work as described, contact us and we will put it right or refund you. Because a seasonal licence is digital content supplied immediately, your statutory right to cancel may end once you start using it - your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these terms.

Mini-League Manager and host-entered records

The Mini-League Manager lets the organizer of an existing FPL mini-league record how that league is run: who is taking part, what awards exist, the league's rules, and - where a league chooses to record them - contributions and prize amounts.

• OneFPL does not collect, hold, verify or distribute any money between league members, and takes no share of any prize pool.
• OneFPL does not process payments between league members. Any money is arranged privately between them and settled directly between them.
• Contribution and settlement records are entered by the league organizer. OneFPL records what it is told and does not verify it. It is not evidence that a payment was made.
• Standings and results are computed from official FPL data. Awards are determined by the rules the organizer configured.
• Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of what they record and for the arrangement they have agreed with their members. Disputes between members are for those members to resolve.

Accounts and permissions

A OneFPL account is separate from your official FPL account, and we never ask for your FPL password. Managing a mini-league requires an account and proof that you control the FPL team that administers the league. You are responsible for activity under your account and for any co-hosts you grant access to.

Provided “as is”

OneFPL is provided without warranties of any kind. Predictions (such as price changes and captain scores) are estimates and may be wrong. Always confirm decisions in the official FPL game. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including any loss arising from a league arrangement recorded on it.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, overload or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not misrepresent OneFPL as the official Premier League or FPL.
• Do not use the Mini-League Manager to operate a gambling, betting or lottery service, or any arrangement that is unlawful where you or your members are.
• Do not record information about other people that you have no right to record.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use means you accept the current version.
