Who qualifies?
A player can qualify if they:
- Signed for a Premier League club on or after 1 June 2026
- Turned a previous loan into a permanent deal after 1 June
- Are an eligible youth player who had not previously appeared in a first-team matchday squad
A promoted-club player does not qualify only because this is their first Premier League season.
