Brentford travel to Leeds in GW2. It is not a fixture to buy purely for a haul, but Sangaré's low price makes him useful for managers who need to release money without buying a dead fifth midfielder.

3. Michael Kayode — cheap defender with multiple routes

Brentford's GW2 away fixture is not a clean-sheet banker, so he should be viewed as a medium-term value move rather than a one-week punt.

4. De Cuyper — don't buy last week's points

Brighton beat Aston Villa 4-0 and De Cuyper scored, which guarantees transfer attention. The problem is the next fixture: Chelsea away.

If you own him, hold. If you do not, there is no need to chase the GW1 score before a difficult away match.

5. Emersonn — role is attractive, fixture is not

Ipswich's £5.5m forward started centrally and scored in the 2-1 win over Sunderland. That is exactly the competitive role evidence we wanted.
