How Triple Captain works
Your selected captain scores triple points instead of double. You receive two Triple Captain chips this season, one for each half. The first-half chip expires after the Gameweek 19 deadline if unused.
Bruno in GW2
Manchester United host promoted Ipswich. Bruno combines penalties, creativity, secure minutes and a premium role.
Verdict: strong early option.
Haaland in GW3
Manchester City host Coventry. If Haaland is fully fit and starting under Enzo Maresca, this is the strongest early single-fixture candidate.
Verdict: current early favourite.
Palmer in GW4
Chelsea host Hull. Palmer gives managers another premium home option, with midfielder goal scoring and potential penalties.
Verdict: strong alternative if his role and minutes are secure.
Save for later?
A Double Gameweek can provide two fixtures, but two matches are not automatically better than one. Compare expected minutes, opposition, penalties and rotation risk.
