The official FPL game now includes a Price Change Predictor.
After the Gameweek 1 deadline, it will show each player's progress towards a price rise or fall and update every 15 minutes.
That is a major improvement. It does not remove the need for context.
What the official predictor shows
The official tool is designed to show:
Current progress towards a price rise or fall
A percentage indicator
Labels such as likely to rise or likely to drop
Filters for your team, watchlist or all players
Updates every 15 minutes
Expected daily changes at 00:00 UK time
Prices are locked until the Gameweek 1 deadline on 21 August at 18:30 BST.
A player above 100 percent is expected to cross the threshold, but the change is not guaranteed. Late transfers can push the percentage back below the threshold.
Use the official percentage to understand urgency. Use OneFPL to decide whether the transfer improves your squad.
