The short answer
Sunderland beat Fulham 1-0 through substitute Wilson Isidor.
The clean sheet strengthens Sunderland's defensive case, while Nordi Mukiele and Dan Ballard both reached the Defensive Contribution threshold.
But do not chase Sunderland assets only because they returned in GW2.

Isidor's goal does not solve the minutes question
Isidor replaced Brobbey and then scored the winner. That increases his chance of starting in GW3, but it does not guarantee it.
Check OneFPL Team News before considering the move.
Mukiele and Ballard
Defensive Contribution points can provide returns even when an attacking return does not arrive.

The fixtures now get harder
Sunderland next face Brentford away, Arsenal at home, Manchester City away and Brighton.
That reduces the urgency to buy.
OneFPL verdict
Mukiele: HOLD / strong watch. Ballard: HOLD / watch. Isidor: wait for starting evidence. Brobbey owners: monitor Team News closely.
