What does Free Hit do?
Free Hit gives you unlimited free transfers for one Gameweek only.
At the next deadline, your squad returns to the one you owned before the Free Hit changes.
Do you lose saved free transfers?
No.
Previously banked free transfers are preserved.
Example: if you had three saved free transfers before playing Free Hit, you still have three saved free transfers for the following Gameweek.
The free transfer newly received for the Free Hit Gameweek itself is used as part of activating the chip.
What happens to your team afterwards?
Your pre-Free-Hit squad returns automatically.
The temporary players disappear.
What happens to player prices?
At the next deadline, your original squad and bank are restored, with player price changes that occurred during the Gameweek reflected.
Changes to your temporary Free Hit bank are lost.
Can you cancel a Free Hit?
No — not after it has been confirmed.
Can you Free Hit in Gameweek 1?
No.
Managers have unlimited transfers before their first deadline, so Free Hit is unavailable.
Can you use Free Hit in consecutive Gameweeks?
No.
If the first Free Hit is used in Gameweek 19, the second cannot be activated in Gameweek 20.
Can you use Triple Captain or Bench Boost with Free Hit?
No. Only one chip can be active in a Gameweek.
